Affected Platform Functions:

• Account Operations:
  • Registration, login, API key creation, and sub-account addition, deletion, or modification will be temporarily unavailable.
  • KYC processes (uploading verification documents and viewing uploaded files) will be temporarily disabled.
  • Accessing customer support via the Help Center, including uploading and viewing attachments, will not be available.
  • Modifying security settings (password reset, phone, or email updates) will be disabled.
• Deposit & Withdrawal Operations:
  • Cryptocurrency withdrawals and asset queries will be temporarily unavailable.
  • Deposit processing may experience delays.
• API Functions:
  • Delays may occur when establishing WebSocket connections.
  • Public and private token interface requests will be temporarily unavailable.
• Other Services:
  • Access to KuCoin announcements will be temporarily disabled.
  • Promotional banners on the KuCoin homepage will not be visible.
  • Exporting bills and viewing transaction records in the Download Center will be temporarily unavailable.
  • Creating SEO content and new short links will be unavailable.

Important Reminder:

This upgrade will not affect the security of your account assets. If you hold positions before or during the upgrade, please assess and manage potential risks accordingly.
