KuCoin Will Support the Token Swap of Polygon (MATIC) to Polygon (POL)

Dear KuCoin TR Users,

KuCoin TR will support the token swap of Polygon (MATIC) to Polygon (POL). We will complete the MATIC to POL token swap automatically for MATIC holders on KuCoin TR.

The arrangements are as follows:

1. The deposit and withdrawal services of MATIC on the Polygon (MATIC) Network will be closed at 08:00:00 on September 3, 2024 (UTC).

2. The deposit and withdrawal services of ERC-20 MATIC will be closed at 02:50:00 on September 6, 2024 (UTC).

3. KuCoin TR will close the trading service for the MATIC/USDT, MATIC/BTC, and MATIC/USDC trading pairs at 03:00:00 on September 6, 2024 (UTC). We recommend that you cancel your pending orders of MATIC as soon as possible.

4. To complete the swap, KuCoin TR will take snapshots of users’ MATIC assets at 08:00:00 on September 6, 2024 (UTC). After the snapshot, we will convert the MATIC to POL at a ratio of 1:1 (1 MATIC = 1 POL).

5.The deposit, withdrawal and trading services for POL will not be affected.

Please note:

1. Minimum holding for eligibility: 2 MATIC.

2. The snapshots will include MATIC balances in Spot accounts (Main Account + Trading Account).

3. MATIC tokens that were in pending deposit or withdrawal at the time of the snapshots will not be counted towards your MATIC balance.

4. After the deposit, withdrawal and trading services for MATIC closed, the MATIC token will no longer be supported on KuCoin TR, Users who deposit MATIC afterward, KuCoin TR will NOT be able to cover users’ losses.
