New Timing and Limit Restrictions for Crypto Asset Withdrawals

Dear KuCoin TR Users,

Pursuant to the General Communiqué (Serial No: 29) of the Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK), published in the Official Gazette dated June 28, 2025, new restrictions have been introduced regarding crypto asset withdrawals carried out through Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs). Accordingly, the following rules will apply on our platform:

Any crypto asset withdrawal shall be processed at least 48 hours after the related purchase, exchange, or deposit of the asset.
For first-time crypto withdrawals, this period shall be 72 hours.
For stable crypto assets, the daily withdrawal limit is USD 3,000, and the monthly limit is USD 50,000.
Each withdrawal must include a transaction note with at least 20 characters.

In accordance with these legal obligations, KuCoin TR will implement the relevant time and amount restrictions on crypto asset withdrawals. We apologize in advance for any potential technical issues that may occur during this adjustment process.
