Why can't I join another token's new-user pool event after participating in one?
GemSlot allows new users to register for a new-user event only once. To earn more rewards, participate in the total prize pool event for the respective tokens.
(Note: There’s no limit to the number of total prize pool events you can join. You can participate in all of them.)
Why didn’t I receive the reward after completing the new-user prize pool tasks?
The new-user special prize pool will distribute rewards only after all tasks are completed. Please check if there are any unfinished tasks.
Why do rewards from the total prize pool sometimes vary?
The total prize pool uses a reward-sharing system, where the final rewards are based on user participation. If fewer users qualify, those who do qualify may receive higher rewards.
How do I claim rewards after completing a prize pool's tasks?
Rewards will be automatically distributed after the event ends. New users can earn rewards by completing special tasks (first come, first served, until all rewards are claimed). The total prize pool is distributed based on the trading volume of all users and then allocated accordingly. You can view your earned rewards in the respective project's details.
