What is Coloniume Network?

Coloniume Network is a completely free, decentralized, and government-independent communication network that will be implemented, developed, and expanded by individuals, organizations, and independent non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

Coloniume global connection will be mostly resulted from participation of individuals around the world.
