You can update your login password from the App via the following steps. 

If you’re able to log in, see Change Login Password. 

If you’re unable to because you’ve forgotten your password, see Forgot Password. 

 

Via App

Change Login Password (When signed in) 

1. Open KuCoin TR APP, navigate to your avatar at the top left corner, click on Security.

2. Then select Change next to Login Password: 

3. Input your current password, set and confirm your new password, and click on Change to finalize the update. 

4. Your new password has been changed successfully. 

 

Forgot Login Password (When unable to log in) 

1. First, on the login page, select “Forgot Password?”. 

2. Enter the correct email address/phone number and select “Next”. 

3. Check your inbox or phone messages for the code, fill it in. 

Remember: Before entering your email/phone, make sure it’s the one you used to sign up with KuCoin TR. This verification code is valid for 10 minutes. 

4. Now, set your new password. Choose one that’s not too simple and keep it secure.  
Tip: Avoid using the same password for your email or other accounts.

5. Your password has been reset successfully. Please use the new password to log in to your account.
