Withdrawal Restrictions

Frauds and scams are quite common in the crypto space. Hackers and scammers will try to get your account login and account security settings info to steal the funds in your account. When your account is at risk, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended to prevent your funds from being stolen.

This article outlines some of the everyday situations when the function will be suspended and suggestions for dealing with them.

Temporary Suspension

To enhance the security of your account and assets, withdrawals will be temporarily suspended for 24 hours when the following situations occur:

(1) Changing/Unbinding Google 2FA

(2) Changing/Reseting trading password

(3) Binging/Changing/Unbinding phone number

(4) Changing/Unbinding email address

(5) Apply for self-unfreezing account

(6) Login password reset by clicking" Forget password?" on the logging page.

If these situations occur, please be patient. You can check the remaining time until unlocked on the withdrawal page. The restriction will be automatically lifted in 24 hours.

User Forbidden/Withdrawal Unavailable

If you see the notice "User Forbidden/Withdrawal Unavailable" on the withdrawal page, withdrawals have been suspended on your account for some risk reason. Please contact KuCoin TR Customer Service Team, we are always here to help you check the cause and provide a solution.
