Common Reasons for Not Received Deposits
There are several factors that could potentially influence your deposits to KuCoin TR.
1. Your deposit amount doesn’t meet the minimum deposit amount
Please check the minimum deposit amount on the crypto deposit page before making a deposit. If your deposit amount is lower than the minimum deposit amount, the crypto won’t be credited to your account.
2. Insufficient deposit confirmations block
Transactions on the blockchain must be confirmed by the nodes to be successful. The number of confirmations varies depending on the coin and network.
You can check the amount of confirmations required on the KuCoin TR deposit page. Please be patient and wait until the confirmation reaches the required amount.
3. Deposited to an incorrect address that doesn't belong to KuCoin TR
If you sent your tokens to an incorrect address that doesn’t belong to KuCoin TR, we’re unable to provide any further assistance. You may try to contact the sending parties for further assistance (owner of the address or exchange/platform that the address belongs to).
4. Deposit without Memo/Tag or with wrong Memo/Tag
Memos, Tags, and Messages are additional address features needed for identifying the transaction recipient of a wallet address. For some tokens such as EOS, XRP, XLM, and XYM, the deposit address for all KuCoin TR users is the same. The Memo, Tag, and Message are required for the platform to identify which account the transaction should be credited to. If you forgot or fill in the wrong Memo when making a deposit to KuCoin TR, the funds will not be credited to your account.
5. Deposit via an unsupported Network/Token
Before making a deposit, please check that KuCoin TR supports the token and deposit network from the Deposit & Withdrawal Status page. If you deposit an unlisted token or via an unsupported network, your assets might be lost and cannot be recovered.
6.Deposit service has been temporarily suspended
KuCoin TR may conduct wallet maintenance for certain coins from time to time, resulting in a delay to transactions. Refer to the deposit page or KuCoin TR Announcement to check out the latest service status.
