As reported by Finbold, BlackRock experienced outflows of $980 million worth of Bitcoin on September 23, according to data from Arkham. The timing coincides with heightened Bitcoin volatility. Traders are speculating about potential institutional sales amid broader market declines linked to shifting global monetary policy. Bitcoin is currently trading below $113,000. BlackRock remains the largest crypto fund, holding over $87.5 billion in BTC. The outflows from its iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) are attributed to the ETF's redemption process, not speculative dumping. Ethereum ETFs also saw $76 million in outflows on September 22, with BlackRock accounting for $15.1 million.
