Jibreel Pratt pleaded guilty to two counts of concealing cryptocurrency donations for the terrorist group in July. He contacted a federal informant posing as an ISIS operative and sent Bitcoin in March and May 2023. Authorities also found evidence of Pratt’s plans for weaponizing drones and explosives. Federal officials emphasized continued efforts to combat digital terrorism financing.
