According to Coindesk, Korean Air has signed a research agreement with Wingbits, a DePIN startup, to supply real-time ADS-B data for its ACROSS air traffic coordination system. The partnership aims to test how drones, cargo aircraft, and eVTOL taxis can share airspace using low-latency, secure data. Wingbits operates a decentralized network of cryptographically secured ADS-B receivers and previously raised $5.6 million in January 2025.
