According to Bijié Wǎng, tZERO Group’s broker-dealer subsidiary has received regulatory approval from FINRA to facilitate secondary trading of corporate debt securities on its alternative trading system (ATS). The company announced that tZERO Securities has also been approved to list initial offerings of corporate debt and equity securities, including online sales to retail investors and over-the-counter stock resales. This development comes amid growing interest in tokenized assets, with BlackRock CEO Larry Fink recently stating that every investment category can be imagined to move on-chain. tZERO Securities focuses on the issuance, trading, and custody of digital securities and traditional private securities. The company is a member of FINRA and SIPC and obtained a second SEC license last year to support the full lifecycle of digital asset securities, including tokenized real estate and NFTs.
