US Listed Scilex Holding to Swap $200M in Subsidiary Shares for Equivalent Bitcoin

In accordance with TechFlow, on September 23, US-listed Scilex Holding Company announced that it has signed a securities purchase agreement with an institutional investor to exchange $200 million worth of common shares in its subsidiary, Semnur Pharmaceuticals, Inc., for an equivalent amount of Bitcoin. Under the terms of the agreement, Scilex Holding's shares in Semnur Pharmaceuticals will be swapped with the institutional investor at a $200 million valuation for Bitcoin.
