How to Sign Up and Login on the APP

1. Register with Email or Phone Number

You can easily register for a KuCoin TR account with your email address or phone number on the KuCoin TR app in a few steps.

 
a. Open the KuCoin TR app, navigate to the avatar. Click on "Log In", and tap on "Sign Up".

b. Input the email/phone number you wish to register on KuCoin TR, select Create Account.

c. Enter the code you receive. 

d. Once verified, set up your login password, and then select Confirm to complete the process.

e. Congratulations! You have successfully created a KuCoin TR account.

 

 Note:

a. If your email address or phone number is already associated with another account in KuCoin TR, it cannot be used for a new registration.  
b. Check out our Getting Started to complete KYC verification, set up your security settings and start trading.

 

2. Assistance with Logging In

a. Open the KuCoin TR app and tap [Log In]. 

 b. Enter your email or phone and password before clicking the “log in” button. 

 c. Then, input the verification code sent via SMS, google 2fa or email to finalize two-step verification for login. 

d. You will now be on the KuCoin TR homepage. 

 

Notes: 

a. If you’ve forgotten your password, refer to How to Reset Login Password to reset it. 

b. Refer to How to Unbind or Change Google 2FA  for issues with logging in using Google. 

c. Use How to Change Your Linked Phone for issues with logging in with a phone. 

d. Use Unable to Receive Email/SMS Verification Code for issues related to not receiving an email or SMS code.

e. Entering incorrect verification information more than 5 times will result in a 2-hour account lockout. Proceed with attention to detail.
