How to Change Your bound Phone on the APP

You can reset phone number you use for two-factor authentication (2FA) by following the step-by-step guide below.

Scenario 1: Change to a New Phone Number
Scenario 2: Unable to Receive SMS and No Other Available Phone Number
Scenario 1: You are unable to receive SMS from us on your original phone, or you just want to switch to a new phone number.
i. Go to the Login page, and select Switch to SMS Verification after entering your password.
ii. Then, select "Phone unavailable?"
iii. Complete the security steps and Identity Verification. Confirm your new phone number, then submit a request to have it changed.
Scenario 2: You no longer have access to your previous phone number but do not have a new phone number to replace it with.
In such cases, please contact customer support directly, or submit a ticket for assistance.
Note:
- When completing Identity Verification, upload the required photos while following the instructions closely, or your appeal to unbind your phone may fail.
- Once you’ve appealed, it will be processed in approximately 1–3 business days.
- According to the SPK and MASAK regulation, we must collect phone numbers and e-mail information from the customer, and keep this information in KYC data. If the user unbinds the phone number and the number information is deleted, then this may cause a breach of AML requirements.
