Withdrawal Not Received & Withdrawals to the Wrong Address

We understand that withdrawals that have not been received after a long period of time can be worrying. This article outlines the three withdrawal statuses, along with what you can do if you haven't received your withdrawal or have mistakenly withdrawn assets to the wrong address.

1. Withdrawal Statuses

The time needed for a crypto withdrawal depends on the coin, ranging from a few minutes to a few hours. You can check the status of each withdrawal request from the KuCoin TR withdrawal page.

Log in with your KuCoin TR account, then check the status of your withdrawal through Assets → Funding → Withdrawal page. Your withdrawal can have one of three statuses:

(1) Pending: The request is waiting to be processed. KuCoin TR typically processes withdrawal requests within 30 minutes.

(2) Processing: KuCoin TR is processing the withdrawal. This may take 2-3 hours.

(3) Succeeded: We have processed your withdrawal, and the transaction has been recorded on the blockchain.

2. Withdrawal Not Received

2.1 If the withdrawal status is Pending, please wait for about 30 minutes and check the status again. To enhance the security of your assets, withdrawals larger than a certain amount will be manually processed, which may take a bit longer.

 

2.2 If the withdrawal status is Processing, please wait for about 3 hours and check the status again. If the withdrawal status is still Processing after 3 hours, please contact KuCoin TR Customer Service Team and provide the following information:

(1) Your UID, registered email address, or registered phone number

(2) The type(s) and amount(s) of the coin(s)

(3) The recipient address

 

2.3 If the status is Succeeded, you will be able to find the transaction on the blockchain explorer. Once the number of confirmations is sufficient, you can check your funds on the receiving platform. If there is no information on the blockchain explorer while the status is Succeeded, please contact our customer support and provide the following information:

(1) Your UID, registered email address, or registered phone number

(2) The type(s) and amount(s) of the coin(s)

(3) The recipient address

3. Withdrawals to the Wrong Address

3.1 If the withdrawal status is Pending, you may cancel the withdrawal by clicking on the Cancel button on the withdrawal page.

 

3.2 If the withdrawal status is Processing, please contact our online support as soon as possible. We will help check if we can cancel the request.

 

3.3 If the status is Succeeded, the withdrawal can no longer be cancelled. We suggest contacting the customer support of the receiving platform and asking for their help to recover the transaction. Let us know if they need any info or proof from KuCoin TR.
