As reported by The Coin Republic, Morgan Stanley announced on October 10 that it will allow all clients to invest in Bitcoin and crypto assets, removing previous restrictions that limited crypto advice to high-net-worth individuals. The firm plans to offer crypto trading on its E-Trade platform, starting with Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana. Financial advisors are now permitted to recommend crypto investments in all account types, including retirement accounts. The move follows a shift in the regulatory environment under the Trump administration and aligns with broader institutional adoption of crypto.
