Citing AiCoin, OranjeBTC, a Latin America-focused Bitcoin company, plans to list on Brazil's B3 exchange in early October through a reverse merger with pre-course provider Intergraus. With over $400 million in Bitcoin reserves, OranjeBTC will become Brazil's largest listed Bitcoin treasury firm. The company holds 3,650 BTC, six times more than Brazil's other major listed Bitcoin treasury firm, Méliuz, and is expected to rank among the top 25 global corporate Bitcoin holders. Backers include the Winklevoss twins, Bitcoin pioneer Adam Back, FalconX, and Mexican billionaire Ricardo Salinas Pliego. Oranje also plans to launch a Bitcoin and crypto-focused financial education platform using Intergraus' infrastructure.
