What is Agility (AGI)?

Agility is both an LSD liquidity distribution platform and an aUSD trading platform.

Our vision is to unlock liquidity for LSD holders and explore more LSD trading scenarios, as well as provide deep liquidity for other LSD-relative protocols.

What's the Motivation of AGI?

We aim to develop a platform that can cater to the needs of:

• LSD holders
  •  Higher and Real Yield
  • Unlock the liquidity of LSD at an almost zero cost
• Other LSD-relative protocols
  • The need for LSD or ETH liquidity

What is the mechanism of Agility?

LSD

Liquid staking derivatives (LSDs) are tokens issued by liquid staking protocols or platforms, enabling users to unlock their illiquid-staked assets to earn higher yields.

Common LSDs include:

• stETH and wstETH issued by Lido
• rETH issued by Rocket Pool
• frxETH and sfrxETH issued by Frax
• cbETH issued by Coinbase

aLSD/aETH

aLSD and aETH are tokens issued by Agility, representing LSD or ETH deposited by users in Agility.

The value of aLSD and aETH is pegged to the value of the corresponding supplied asset at a 1:1 ratio and can be used for LSD liquidity distribution and aUSD mint.

Deposit LSD

When users deposit LSD on the Agility Protocol, they will receive aLSD and earn 100% corresponding LSD rewards at the same time.

Currently, Agility supports stETH, rETH, and frxETH.

Deposit ETH

When users deposit ETH on the Agility Protocol, they will receive aETH which does not have any rewards but can earn from,

• Collateralized to mint aUSD for trading
• Used to participate in LSD Liquidity Distribution.

aUSD

aUSD is an over-collateralized stablecoin issued by the protocol. Users can only mint aUSD by staking aLSD or aETH.

aUSD can be used for trading and hedging, such as

• long/short ETH, BTC, GMX, GNS, Pendle, Gear, etc.
• long/short LSD Yield
• option, gambling, etc.

Currently, the collateral ratio is set at 130%. Borrowers can redeem the corresponding LSD or ETH by repaying all debt.

When the collateral ratio is lower than 110%, the protocol will liquidate the user's position. The liquidation fee is 1%.

More Possibility and Higher Yield

After staking LSD or ETH to obtain aLSD or aETH, users can choose to:

• Hold aLSD directly to obtain corresponding LSD yield.
• Use aLSD for LSD Liquidity Distribute, provide LSD liquidity to selected Vaults, and receive delicious returns.
• Stake aLSD to mint aUSD for trading or hedging, including perp, yield exchange, etc.
